Seabreeze- At assembly halls they where charging a fee per person by congregation. Was with accounts. The reason was for lights and air conditioning. But at the rate the charge they over charged the brothers. They always had enough for operating cost.

I'm pretty sure the Sophia ice cream video would count as making an appeal for money. (Sorry for the example with commentary. It was the best option I could find.)
