Has any body else heard this that they are asking members of different congs in new york to go and clean at bethel for free,if this is true then it really shows that the borg is short of money and might even be crumbling before our eyes

how does one set of volunteers , from congregations, rather than another set of volunteers, from the branch, cleaning, show that the org is crumbling and running out of money?
