    Don't forget we scared old white men are the hippie generation. We learned about changing the world, then found where that really led.

    They should be allowed to protest by disrupting traffic or whatever means they feel necessary. However, they should also be held fiscally and criminally responsible for their actions.

    If traffic is backed up due to a protest and an ambulance is delayed causing a life to be lost, those protesters need to be charged with manslaughter.

    Every person delayed needs to be compensated for their lost wages. The companies that employ the delayed workers also need compensation for lost revenues.

    Hoser, these demonstrators are simply self centered people. They have a cause and don’t care about anything but their own agenda. It would be wonderful if the courts made them pay.

    One province in Canada is introducing a rural trespass act that would cover some of these demonstrations. Protesters could be fined in the 10s of thousands of dollars.
