"In the past 12 months, #watchtower has obtained more than 36 unique subpoenas to identify the people who have posted their documents, leaked videos, & images from their publications. This #WatchHunt is a coordinated effort to locate & punish the leak sources."

Makes you wonder what it is that they are afraid may leak out....secret agenda perhaps? And culling out sources now could ultimately protect them from whatever they are hiding now from getting out there? Or am I being too cynical.....

If they really want to find where the leaks are coming from, they had better start looking within their own organization.

Some of the best leaks we have received have come from the Elders themselves, or someone in their family.

As long as the Watchtower wants to keeps secrets, there will be leaks.

Whether they like it or not.

The next thing you know, they will want to polygraph all the Elders and their family members.

And after all that is done, they will find many leaks are coming right out of Bethel, right under their nose.

Perhaps the Watchtower should send a subpoena to the Watchtower!

JWs supposedly spend over 2 billion hours pedaling their life-saving literature door to door and at their carts, yet when anyone else "assists" them in making their literature available to the public, they sue to stop them.

    Yeah. That makes sense.

You'd think they would have figured out by now that there is no such thing as "confidentiality" anymore, especially not when they so assiduously create enemies and disgruntled ex-members (and, disgruntled current members as well).

It's like fighting the hydra - for every leak they plug, 2 more pop up.

This shows they are afraid. If they had the truth they would not need to hide anything.

It should also be noted that a law firm cooperating with the EFF now represents pro bono a YouTube user whose data were requested by Watch Tower Society.
