Most likely CO's are simply getting laid off (or should I say "assigned to do more in the local field"). CO's aren't cheap, they need houses, cars and gas, health insurance etc sure the congregations are being charged for it but between shrinking circuit sizes and reduced income, they can't keep CO's doing 'nothing' for weeks on end.

Steve, I think I know what Vidiot means, it's not a matter of judging people, it's just that such ones must be ripe for reaching a Tipping Point, and this sort of thing may help them to finally move their arse and get out of the Cult.
