Running ahead of Jehovah can be done with a slow walk.

And why are they always going back and forth? The heading is toward enslavement of the whole human race, and this type of tacking is leading to damnation. Not to mention, they are doing whatever to make it more difficult--cut back on work, sell out, throw away whatever funds you have, no pleasure.

Maybe all it takes is a gybe to head into freedom. There will still be minor corrections as the goal of freedom becomes clearer. As ancient truth becomes clearer, minor adjustments will be needed--and even that is the result of the Jewish, Christian, and Islam religions' insistence on destroying this knowledge and the angels misleading us to damnation. But you will not be constantly changing course to reach what turns out to be a destination of damnation and enslavement.

I guess Jehovah and/ or the organization have never heard the fact that "The distance between two points is a straight line"

    As opposed to tacking

Great example about their ever changing rules on pornea and homosexuality and subsequent punishments.

If you follow the same reasoning any church could justify torturing and killing people for heresy over the centuries, they were all running ahead of Jehovah. Tyndale ran ahead of Jehovah by wanting to make the Bible available to everyone.

Jesus was killed for questioning the Pharisees (God's org) way of doing things so I suppose he ran ahead of Jehovah too.

So it seems that Jehovah must keep getting things wrong?

After all, if the GB is his spokesman, then either HE is wrong, or THEY are?

Good point smiddy. I think that only goes to show that their goal is not to be at all straight with anyone. I've never found any religion's mathematical or geological or orienteering abilities to be any good at all.
