not to forget that during our time the incredible shrin king F&DS went from "all the remnant" to the body in Brooklyn/Warwick. and

for wt writers, it is all about the 2 end times, Jerusalem/ temple and 2) 1914 (the Lord's day) and Armageddon, for them, only during those 2 periods the F7DS prophecies apply.

"so, since the anointed, including the GB aka the F&DS will pass to heaven at the beginning of the Great Tribulation, (to fight from heaven) Who exactly will fill that vacuum? Or is that to heavenly universal office?

    sounds like a disappointing appointment!

Biggest problem for wt prophets: the jw partaker generation is predicted to pass away to heaven before the end, whereas Jesus said they will survive, pass away only after all has occurred. "

There are so many aspects as to why their interpretation makes little sense and you brought up one I hadn't considered before.

The parable doesn't state that on the masters return that he takes away the initial appointment of the FDS of feeding the Domestics but adds to it by giving the Slave the appointment over all his belongings. So that must mean that they feed the Domestics from Heaven (like you discuss). How does that work? Part of the FDS have already gone to heaven, according to their teachings, that includes Rutherford, Knorr and Franz. What happened to their appointment? The Master didn't take it away so how are they carrying out their work?

The Watchtower states that when the GB/FDS go to heaven during the GT then there will be Mature Elders to take their place. However, this arrangment isn't in scripture.

In short the men running the WTS made their own theological bullshit to suit themselves and create an assuming identity as well to lure others into their organization, which wasn't inline with scripture being that were false teachers and prophets.

All Cults claim to be the visible representation of the kingdom of god on earth by which God uses to direct people. It's all about a power grab. The Catholic Church uses similar language as the Watchtower.

Catholic Catechism 771 "The one mediator, Christ, established and ever sustains here on earth his holy Church, the community of faith, hope, and charity, as a visible organization through which he communicates truth and grace to all men."

Forget Jesus, forget the bible, just do what you are told by the Vicar (Substitute) of Christ... or the Watchtower hierarchy.

So this is the "Type or the "anti type?"

Where is Fred Franz when you need him?

Guys you trying to make sense of something even the GB don't even understand.....

Guys you trying to make sense of something even the GB don't even understand.....

Thats because the past GB leaders of the WTS/JWS made false doctrines intentionally to support their actions in support of 1874 and 1914 as self proclaimed Christian preachers of the Gospel of Jesus and to further identify themselves as the chosen anointed ones.

From the very beginning of the Watchtower Corporation these men were in fact preaching a false tainted version of the Gospel perhaps influenced by their own will and desire of Jesus returning to cure the problems of humanity.

Some have said they were just corrupt opportunistic religious charlatans $$$

longlivetherenegades you said "the Bible says the Master appoints the slave when he leaves . . ."

Are you referring to Matt. 24:45? I understand but please elaborate. Tks for your question.

    And tks for everyone's help.

Jerryh: Are you referring to Matt. 24:45?

LLTR: Yes, including the other slaves illustrations

Jerryh: I understand but please elaborate.

LLTR: In 1919, a time of spiritual revival, Jesus selected capable anointed brothers from among them to be the faithful and discreet slave and appointed them over his domestics......w20130715

My response to the above quote:

In all those slave illustrations, it was when the MASTER was LEAVING, TRAVELLING e.t.c that he handed out tasks to his slaves not when he RETURNED.

The teaching above says Jesus appointed them over domestics when he RETURNED in 1914.

What do you think about Christ return in 1914? Has he returned or he is still to come. When you sort this out, you see the point made.

    Jerryh: Tks for your question.

LLTR: As long as you understand.

Longlivetherenegades : In all those slave illustrations, it was when the MASTER was LEAVING, TRAVELLING e.t.c that he handed out tasks to his slaves not when he RETURNED.

While it is true that the parable of the talents (Matthew 25:14-30) does start off "when a man was about to travel abroad", the Watchtower of March 15, 2015 discussed the parables of Matthew 24 & 25 and identified the slaves in this parable as representing all his anointed followers since Pentecost 33 C.E. They are expecting the "master of the slaves" to come and settle accounts towards the end of the great tribulation.

Jehovah's Witnesses do not identify these slaves with the "faithful and discreet slave" of Matthew 24:45-47, and it can be seen when reading the verses prior to vs 45 (vss 32-44) that they refer to the coming (not going) of the Son of Man.

Jehovah's Witnesses make a distinction between the parousia (rendered as 'coming' in some translations) referred to in Matthew 24:3, and his arrival or coming (forms of the Greek verb, er′kho·mai.) referred to in Matthew 24:30, 42, 44 which they expect during the great tribulation (Watchtower July 15, 2013, pp.23-27).
