What is really abhorrent to the WTS. is people making claims upon the behavior of some its devoted members that would make the JW organization look very unwholesome to outside viewers, like one of their elders being accused of pedophilia.

Jws are trained to always say uplifting things about their fellow brothers and sisters, the reason is to intentionally uplift the image of the organization overall. Jehovah's personally chosen organization, distinct from all other false religions practicing today.

Its so abhorrent to us we've always made the push to have these terrible instances investigated by local law authorities.

Not once did we ever try to cover up these unlawful acts with the intent of protecting are public image.

When they say "child abuse is abhorrent to us", who exactly is this 'us'? It can't be their organisation because there are those within it who practice it.

It is the latest scandal to hit the Vatican and comes after its finance chief Cardinal George Pell was charged with historical sexual offences.

Pell has protested his innocence and said he was looking forward to having his day in court after a two-year investigation, 'leaks to the media' and 'relentless character assassination'. Police have not revealed details of the charges against the 76-year-old, citing the need to preserve the integrity of the judicial process.
