I remember "Granny Grace". Lovely lady with an awesome heart. I still have the encouraging messages she send me many years ago.

Thanks so much for sharing the link to her life story. Great read! Grace is always remembered.

I spoke with her on the phone in the early days of my awakening

I started reading it, thank you. It's very interesting. I find it very interesting how much better off Brits who emigrated to Canada/USA back then were. I can't imagine my boys coping with a baby and a war at 16😳

I've read many of Graces posts and i do remember her passing and how sad everyone was.

I remember Grace (mouthy) well and the Christmas card exchange.

She was so active in all her sharing and participation.

Such pleasant memories and she has left a wonderful legacy.

I think the greatest thing you can hope for is to be remembered, and remembered fondly.

Grace and I talked on the phone several times, exchanged cards and letters. I made soap and sent her a can with a few bars in it and she loved them. Such a sweet lady with a wonderful sense of humour. A real treasure. ❤

I remember her well. She was a sweetie. I think she thought I was a naughty boy sometimes, but she was always very nice to me.
