Babies are being tattooed by their parent(s)!!???????
Now we need a governmental ban on this crap! This has gone too far!!

sheesh...I have mixed feelings about this one...mainly because there are many cultures who start the ritual of body modification very early...whether its scarring the face for tribal identification or tattooing, etc..I personally would never do that to my child and I'm quite suprised such a thing would be allowed in California. In Texas it is illegal for anyone to give a tattoo to a minor. In most western cultures modifying the body still exists, but not in such permanent ways...unless of course you want to talk about boob jobs....but that kind of life altering body modification takes a back seat to displaying status, which we do so many other ways/lifestyles, so why would anyone want to do that to their child?. Having said that I think the parents may have that turn around and bite them on the ass...not in a good way either..eheh...
