Life as a Dub taught me:

What the Judge meant when he said that religion is a snare and a racket.

    Intolerance is an ugly thing.

    Confidence in what I believed.

Not to set my beliefs in stone.

Confidence in speaking before a group.

Strength in going against popular opinion.

    Belief in myself.

What love of neighbor doesn't mean.

    what-now?

    1) How to be comfortable in front of a group...which leads to...

    2) How to "sell" religion door-to-door

    3) Just how HARD it is to sell religion door-to-door

    4) How, if you can sell religion door-to-door, you can sell ANYTHING!

    5) How to be a successful salesperson

Guess what I do for a living? SALES! Haven't been to a better training program than the one I received at the KH from 'infancy'. Should I be grateful? After all I make good money selling!

I pretty much learned the same stuff as Teejay. Well said!

The public speaking thing has actually helped me a great deal as a bartender. I don't think that was what they had in mind when they taught me that, though.
