If an elder leaves the JWs or if this guy Dan leaves and has to close his board, then that authority is gone. Their just another regular person trying to get by in life. For some that is just fine. Life is easier. For others, who like that power, it's gotta hurt to give up that power. Those are the ones who have a harder time accepting that the WTS is wrong.

How many are members here? How many of them are dubbie drones, do you think? Besides, he must be a smart guy. If (and it's a big 'if' - someone of his dubbie ilk) he was posting, it'd be like a needle in a haystack and he'd cover his tracks well! It's something, I guess, we'll never know for sure.

Do you think that the dubs have the right to set up dub-only boards?

um ya I think they have the right to do that if they want, however like I said before using this obviously anti JW site for their "dub only" business is irritating.

entitled as witnesses? I wouldn't give them entitlement to a ham sandwich frankly. They are perhaps entitled to try and close themselves off may be more like it. ..And unless I were getting paid I would strangle myself before I moderated such a large group of delusional people who really don't care about helping others. Valis... it wasn't me who brought JWZone business onto JWD... it was IronGland. If you're interested in the history, check out this thread.

And yes, it was very difficult to moderate JWZone once I was no longer a dub at heart. I stayed because I thought that would be the best way to preserve my friendships over there. It was a bad choice, but we live and learn.

At least I had fun talking about myself in the third person.
