Plmkrzy: Thank you. No, I did'nt. Since that time, my Homeowner's Association passed a rule of "No pets allowed". They alway had it but people ignored it; now they are enforcing it. All current pets have to have a HUGH yellow tag and be registered with the Ass--ociation. No new registrations are permitted. !@#$%^ I could probably do it though if I got an attorney involved claiming "depression". What a hassle.

Country Woman: Wish I could. It took me 55 years to get my first house. I can barely afford this one. If I really want to get after it though, I will pursue meeting with the Association first. If that doesn't work, I'll go to a shrink. There's a law that can override the Associate pet rule if evaluation by a physician recommends the benefit of pet ownership for someone depressed. I can do that. I can get depressed .....temporarily.
