I don't know if you are close to Chattanooga, TN, there is a Cuban Restaurant named Embargo 62, we celebrated our Anniversary there last week. Very authentic!

James Jack, HI and thank you! HAH - I'm losing my hair for sure, AND getting older!
There was a terrific Cuban place about 30 minutes away from us but recently on Facebook, news that they were closing down. We're about 60 miles northeast of Atlanta. We do sometimes pass by Chattanooga so thank you, I'll keep the Embargo 62 in mind.
Tonight I came home from shopping and told my granddaughter, At the store can get yellow rice and black beans and ripe plantains, but i don't know where we're going to find Ropa Vieja!
