The WTS leaders have been proclaiming they have been chosen by god as the FDSL since 1919.
Why ?
Becasue they were the true and most righteous of all Christian faiths because of their accurate adherence to bible Scripture..
Why was that ?
Becasue they are being directed by god's holy spirit.
What that essential does is place the POWER of God into their hands and whenever a man or a group of men say they've been selectively chosen by god through his holy spirit (there are many) shit inevitably happens.
The dire consequences of this who accepted their proclamation and followed these men loyally and subjectively to their expressed doctrines and social behavior have caused the deaths of thousands, broken apart thousands families and indirectly cased many suicides.
Not exactly what you would describe upholding Christian moral values but then again this organization never really was about that, more of being apostate to Jesus and his direction and guidance. More about commercializing the Gospel of Jesus in a tainted and corrupt apostate way.
