Self control fruits of the spirit. Fat GB seem to lack it

  Fruits of the spirit would surely be required to be GB members? Yet some of them seem to lack self control when it comes to eating. Br Herd, Mark sanderson and br Jackson in these are all very obese.

  if they travel to poor places wearing their Rolex watches and gold pinky rings the brothers there will surely wonder why they are so fat.

  there are many scriptures talking about not being greedy and not gluttonous for food.

  if they were really chosen by God as his channel on earth then why can’t they show the fruits of the spirit and show self control when it comes to being gluttonous?

  The older ones do not look very healthy or well. The four newest seem slightly more fit.

  Well, let's just think about your typical western older man. Are they fit for healthy 60 to 80 year old guys, probably better cared for than the vast majority of representative old guys in western society, maybe not for Asia or 3rd world countries, but they don't look sickly as a bunch.

  I've personally noticed that the older group [GB1.0➡ Sydlik, Schroeder, Swingle, Barr, Barry, Franz, etc.] was by majority slender, slim, trim, and fit. GB2.0 + 3.0 are comprised of men whose BMIs are OFF THE CHARTS---and the IRONY is that they, specifically ANTMO, spoke in most cases against physical fitness (just about DEMONIZING "bodily training" and pushing on high "godly devotion"). I side-eyed the abovementioned and proceeded to do my own thing instead concerning my own health and wellness well-being.

  The four newest ones don't look as morbidly obese & fat as the long timer GB's.

  Maybe,,, its because they haven't been there as the long timer GBs and haven't been accustomed to the long timer GBs lifestyle. And thats why they're not as morbidly fat & obese.

  Seabreeze - The Governing body members are not the leaders of the Jehovah's Witnesses. Jesus is the leader. The GB are just overseers of the worldwide congregation.

  Why do people focus on these men so much?

  People are focused on the GB because they are the ones walking in the limelight and demanding unquestioning obedience.

  Its echoed and preached at over and over.

  Over on the Reddit forum,,,, there is an entire thread about the GB demanding unquestioning obedience.

  Pretty much being obedient..

  Maybe thats something to do with it.
