When my son had seizures two elders came over and told my wife that he could be demon possessed and that it was possible that something that I did could have caused Jah to withdraw his holy spirit from the family.
The doctors cured it with medication.
demons dont exist so how can they cause someone to hear voices ?
A woman in my cong heard voices. Elder told her she was demonized. She killed herself.

I know from personal experience while a JW, that people can be reserved/hesitant about helping someone in crisis, seeing them through, helping them to come out on the other side. So much for that Christian love which you think should move persons to at least point you in the right direction if they themselves cannot or are not prepared to help. So kudos to you for not abandoning this girl.
