His situation ? pretty dire I should think.
He will probably be extradited to Sweden to face dubious charges, see Simon's earlier post, and then the Swedes will roll over and let the U.S.A get him in to their wonderfully fair and incorruptible Justice System.
No way should the U.S get hold of him, even if what he has done is doubtful in great measure, because he simply will not get a fair Trial.
