Looking at the figures for 2014 to 2015 the numbers have dropped from 180,343 to 176,585.
Any idea why?

Or the branch were fiddling the numbers, they had a zone visit and were told to cut it out.
Has happened before. (Was it Fiji?)

Some African countries have serious communication problems. It is common for the branch to not get reports for 3 months or more. And then get all the reports at once. I am told that is true in Congo DR.
