Oh, it sounds genuine to me. It's a way of saying that the "hearing" should benefit by hearing the wonderful sounds from Watchtower produced videos. It's stroking their own egos. Plus, they just don't get it how the deaf feel about these "wonderful hearing people taking care of them." Many of them wish the congregations would just be made up entirely of deaf people.

Or they can try having it in every language on Earth, just in case one person may benefit from it. Or, one language will drown out another--or, perhaps all it might take to get someone to take another look at whether they even want to read the LIE-ble at all is to have a key word in German or Russian. Then, they might find the whole thing wrong, and do more research on it (in their native language) and renounce this enslavement program totally.
