    G'day all,

How's the holiday weekend going for y'all? Mrs Ozzie and I are catching up with Blissisignorance and her very handsome Mr Bliss. Anyone who can "brew" his own shiraz like Mr Bliss is real handsome in my books!!

Anyway, enough of the frivolity. We should be thinking about our weekend poll. Are you sitting comfortably? Time for reminiscing?

OK, this weekend's poll topic is the unanimous choice of Mrs Bliss and Mrs Ozzie.

    The question is.....(drum roll).......

How did having congregation "privileges" make you feel?

    1. Useful.

    2. Righteous.

    3. Needed

    4. Powerful.

    5. Loved.

    6. Respected.

    7. Humble.

    8. Gifted.

    9. Progressing.

    10. Fulfilled.

    11. Controlling.

    12. Accomplished.

    13. Proud.

    14. Privileged!!!

    15. All of the above.

    16. Other (please detail)

    Enjoy!

We're looking forward to your "considered" response!!

    Cheers, Ozzie

Your a little late in the day little Mr. but we'll overlook it this time,

    Privledges made me feel...

    2. Righteous. I felt I must be if I qualified.

    4. Powerful. In a way, but not in an arrogant way.

    6. Respected. When I was an elder, but not as a servant

    8. Gifted.

    10. Fulfilled.

    14. Privileged!!!

    15. All of the above.

    16. Other (please detail) I felt at the time Jehovah blessed me.

    G'day Xena,

Thanks for the greetings. Bliss and Mrs Ozzie talked about the "sisters" having privileges and concluded they do, like pioneering. Or perhaps cleaning the KH windows!! That's what happened in our KH.

    Cheers, Ozzie

self-righteous (which by the way I didn't like!!!) I was too nice of a human to have this rather arrogant feeling.

The omly privilage of service I ever had was controlling the microphones and the music. My dad was in control of those but whenever he wasnt there to control them I controlled them. When he was there I became microphone controller, passing microphones to the brothers so they could answer at the WT meeting.Things in the sound department were well controlled under our care. These were privilages that suited me well because they required no spirituality to control them efficiently.

All in all Id say performing these privilages made me feel .....

    Controlling.

I'd have to go with: OTHER

I had no priviledges. I did not handle the mics; look after the music; give anything but the same old bible talks (4-5 minute ones).

I could answer at meetings. Go out in service.

    Priviledges: none

In retrospect, I think that that was a good thing.
