Pretty much what Abaddon has said.
I don't think anyone is arguing against women being involved in things where physical strength is not of utmost importance. However, where it is, only women who are as strong as the men they'll be fighting alongside should go, they should have to pass the same tests as men.
It's the same as qualifying for an armed forces job that demands high cognitive ability; if you don't do well on the intelligence tests, you won't be considered for it.
