Interestingly, the same thing happened not long ago on Errol Road West. in Sarnia Ontario, northwest of Port Dover and on the edge of another of the Great Lakes in a thriving community where property values are riding high and the wealthy flock. I imagine that the "Society" gave directions to the "brothers" in these instances which resulted in members moving away to thin the herd.

And there is yet another one for sale near Sarnia at 4416 Petrolia Line.
