Answer; "No."....The article instantly tells us that "many have learned they have a medical problem",like schizophrenia or other physical conditions that can cause mental confusion. The article ends this way, "Hence, while an individual who reports hearing voices or who has other disturbing sensations may not want to discount demon harrassment, he should definitely be encouraged to consider investigating whether there is physical explanation for what he is experiencing".......So no more blaming everything on the poor demons!!!

    Minimus: that's correct.

Sad to say, IMHO - that many of the bible's prophets, probably suffered similarly.

Neon, I didn't catch that. Usually I do. I think the Society is sick of us saying "The deminz did it"....lol Now, everyone that THOUGHT they were under demonic attack will have to reassess their magic potion given them by the elders.

Exactly. The bible is a product of mostly schizophrenics. But since they were schizophrenic before docs could diagnose them and haul them off in strait jackets, or medicate them, it must have been the voices of gawd.

Think of all the Witnesses that were told to pray more, read the WT. more, throw your burden on Jehovah more, go out in service more....Think of all the house cleanings and article burning that went on in the name of "demonism"....NOW, you'll be told that you should just go to the doctor.....so funny, so sad.

Jehovah himself is a schizo! With multiple personalities!

first, he creates man from dust then creates vegetation, then he takes a rib and creates a woman--and this is AFTER the 'committee'(elohim) already created male and female(at the same time) on an earth that was already finished. Then he decides to kill all human potential because someone stole a piece of fruit. This is the same guy who made the rule eye for and eye in just a few chapters down the road and then in the NT claims to turn the other cheek? So shouldn't it be a piece of fruit for a piece of fruit and then he bakes us a pie?

He kills indiscriminately and is totally paranoid. He is bipolar to his own people and then he allows his son to come down and die for humans? how does that fit a corresponding ransom? Humans were not spirits first---unless you believe the mormons. Anyway, he is a nutcase. So why shouldn't his 'people' be nutcases too?

Let's just say Jehovah is multi-faceted.

It's 2003 and they are just now figuring out that seeing mental health professionals is actually a good thing.
