I put most of my library in a big box in the loft. Stuff like the Emphatic Diaglott and the Kingdom Interlinear Translation I kept on the shelf for reference. I have a cd-rom but I want to try and get the latest version from my brother in-law.

I would be very interested in getting books or bound volumes from anyone who wants to get rid of theirs. I have the bound volumes from 1964 to 1990. Actually it is from these dates for the watchtower, kind of intermittent for the awakes. Nothing before or after. I am very willing to pay for the postage to send them. If interested in sending them contact me at [email protected].

I am very interested in getting these as my youngest daughter has just informed me that she is now going to go back to the hall to look at this with an "adult" eye, rather than looking at it from a "child's" aspect. I am very worried that this is what she will choose to do regardless of my warning her to look at the "origins" of the religion just as the wbts tells its followers to do when it comes to anything and everything they know is wrong according to their doctrines.

I kept the Make Sure on account of that reeeeeally thin paper. Better than Job, better than Bugler, better than most any of those cheapo rolling papers. I figgur I've got a lifetime supply, and I can cut it to size to fit how high l'd like to get.

    Great deal.

Hey Maverick, Sounds like your act of economic idiocy is linked to your visit Down Underwear. What happened? Did some bloke introduce you to 'roo rooting and you're addicted and now unable to focus properly?

We offered our library to the Friends, but everyone wanted us to bring it to them. The local Las Vegas congregation didn't want it, so we did what you did---into the dumpster it all went. In hindsight it seems there was some subliminal statement about the value of occult WT literature in the minds of the average jaydub.

Dear Friends: I figure that those of us that trashed the WT trash did those that want to profit from the WT porno a favor. Less Literature means higher value for the profiteers. But why any sane person would want that WT fecal matter is beyond me? Oh! Silly me! I answered my own question! Maverick

What's the point of bothering with ebay? Every time I check it, JW books have low bids or no bids at all.

    I say TRASH 'EM

We were planning on boxing up the lot and putting them in the garage. We could use the book shelf space for photo albums, books etc. But I will keep eBay in mind. We've got some literature going back into the 40's, so if we could scarf up a few bucks from that trash then I'm for it.

I have posted this before, but I gave all of my books to a countercult ministry. They were glad to have them.
