I think I'm on to something here but I'll have to do a little more
investigating. It seems too good to be true, so there must be a catch.

I found a Catholic fundamentalist non-denominational sect (CFNS) which uses
a REAL Bible that doesn't contradict itself. All of its teachings make
perfect sense to me and the people are so wonderful. I never thought this was
possible. I still can't believe it.

You can find out more information on their website:

    Above link is invalid today.

A more charismatic faction of this sect is found here:

What a relief! Finally! A REAL bible! As compared to all the UNREAL bibles floating around! Finally! A religion with all the answers! This will surely empty the Kingdom Halls!

    Seedy,

IMO it's not about joining a religion so much as having Christ join you!

This entire "joining" thing emanates from what the Borg taught us, namely that an organisation is the mediator between us and God.

I would suggest looking at real Christian belief that of having an individual relationship with God and Jesus. Once you understand that, organisations are superfluous. Until we understand that, we'll always be bound by the Borg and its teachings.

    Cheers, Ozzie

.....unless of course God mandated an organization. the Christian faith, IMHO, focused upon the individual's relationship with his/her mediator, hence with God. It falls short in not providing guidance for collective action, locally, regionally or internationally. For that you will have to go outside the limitations of Christian theology.
