It is cruel to make fun of the pathetic attempts of Br. Splane to come clean of the 1914 and generation predicament, but it is not only funny, for lives are seriously affected, but hey, having a humorous, irreverent outlook helps, so

ok, corny, I know ;-- Franz Joseph was royalty in 1914., Joseph only Prime Minister, poetic license.

This is for the Austrians among the readers, GB members or not.

The GB members were once overlappers, now they're just the underlappers.

When can a person be of two generations? Mark Sanderson is part of one generation being from the second group or underlappers of 'this generation' and since around '92 now becomes part of the second generation because his life overlaps with the third group anointed after that date.

Yeah, because Freddy was too occupied with his old shoes. not running shoes. and I am sure David would have liked to have received a better [doctrine] baton in that turn-over.

what has today's daily text, - Mica 7:4 -, to do with this jammed-up jeneration wt teaching?

"Their best [doctrine] is like brier [burl], their most upright (apologist] is worse than a thorny hedge. "

well david's expression shows that he finds to have defend the jeneration a knotty brier burl problem, just like everybody else, but he is so entangled in that "thorny hedge". The deeper you get into it, the more difficult it will be to get out. ouch. schadenfreude.
