Glad it works for you E-man. I'm just getting out of bed here on the West Coast of the US. (9:30am). and this is one of the first things I see this morning. Well I need to lose a few pounds Ewwwwww. What can I say, I have purely American tastes. LOL

Actually, jellied eels are really scrummy.
It's basically raw eel, chopped into 2 inch lengths, marinated in herbs and served in a dish of gelatine. You have to suck the bone out of course as you chew.
