Ted Jaracz is one of the members of the Governing Body.
He oversees the service department, I believe.
He's the one in "control" of the voting majority of the GB and its rules they make.

Milton Henschel is suffering from Alzheimer's and is out-of-it. He still sits on the GB, though. It's comforting to know that a guy who may not even know his own name is voting on issues affecting the lives of 6,000,000 people. Not to mention the added costs of bibs Bethel must keep in stock. I would hate to be the one who launders his underwear.

So what's the story with the GB these days? Is Ted J a man of vision? Or is he a loose cannon? Who are the movers & shakers in the group? Why's Milton still kicking around, can't he be retired (or even replaced)? Just wondering....
