I can check with some friends. I used to be in the SCA, where there were quite a few kilt wearers.
It might be cutting it kind of close if you want one for Apostafest, but if you can't find one, I usually see mechants selling them at the North Texas Irish Festival - although there've been fewer and fewer merchants over the years, thus fewer and fewer selling them. I think prices could average around $300 or more for an authentic one. Unless you go with the psuedo-kilts like the black or camo ones, which go for around $50.
