I would hope there would be some announcement at the convention or at least the local elders would be instructed to crack down on such foolishness.
It's not a prank. It's a serious crime. Like someone before me said, it could actually cost someone their life. Fire crews could be in an accident rushing to the scene. Or they could be delayed getting to an actual fire because of being called out on a false alarm.
That kind of BS needs to dealt with pronto.
