How little you know. Valhalla is over 1700 ACRES of prime land. Hell, the land is worth more than fifty mil. The fifty mil price is the Watchtower Printing and Real Estate Development Companies COST for Valhalla. The labor (biggest cost of ANY real estate development) was mostly FREE.
Patterson is worth $300,000,000 at least give or take the $50,000,000 price you cited.
