1 .probably they have in mind those that have drifted away for one reason or another .
2.Also it could be aimed at those who were D.F. and it`s an appeal for them to seek forgiveness and rejoin Jehovah`s happifying people.
3.It`s definitely not intended for so called apostates like us on this board , who in there mind , have committed the unforgivable sin.

I believe the song above, I won't forget you, was mixed with video from the Typhoon in the Philippines. I am not sure though. I didn't see the broadcast with this video. -
