Ozzie: I beg to differ with your opinion of the voting changes.
The WT article clearly states that voting is not prohibited, and the matter is left up to the individual's concience. It then goes on to describe exactly what their concience should decide. I have been assured by my PO that there is no change to the ban on voting.
Here is the old doctrine: Voting is wrong. If you do it, God will kill you.
Here is the new doctrine: Voting is up to your concience. It's up to you if you vote, but your concience should tell you it is wrong. If you do it, God will kill you.
The article is simply an example of an insider-outsider doctrine. An outsider reads the article and understands it one way, and insider knows what it really means. Yet another piece of theocratic war strategy.
