While no one here on Earth would like to see Britney gone more than I would, I don't think sending her up in space is the right choice...
I'm sure that those implants would probably rupture due to the enormous pressure caused by breaking through the atmosphere. To make matters worse, the actual astronauts would probably die from massive silicone poisoning.
