Anything - and I mean ANYTHING - by Meatloaf and Calorie King is about food. Calorie's biggest hit was Tapastry. Yum. Meatloaf is huge because for dinner '2 out of 3 servings ain't bad'. I could go on - but I've reached my full.

BTW, PunkofNice, the lovely Petula Clark sang "Don't Sleep in the Subway", not the sublime Dusty Springfield. The latter sang "Son of a Preacherman" and whilst no food as such is mentioned, it's clear Dusty and the Preacherman fed off each other. Mains and dessert all in one hot mess - Lust writ large.
