What exactly is an apostafest? So new to this after disassociating
It's just an ex-JW name for a meet-up - a play on the 'apostate' label. I can't remember who first used the term on here but there have been a few local ones over the years and even some international ones.
It helps to know you are not alone and is nice to put real faces to the names and avatars we see on screen. It helps with support issues.
This is an old topic but I'm sure there are many around now who would like to meet-up. We're in Calgary and have met a few people. We used to have more regular get togethers when we were in the UK - had a great gang.
