Also, don't forget that the WTS has dragged "Shunned Father" into court on several frivolous motions that were dismissed, which also ran up his legal fees. When all of this is just water under the bridge, I hope Mr Calvert and "Shunned Father" put forth a motion to have the WTS pay for these costs. The WTS needs to learn that their deep pockets are no reason to let them bring honest, good people like this father to financial ruin.
Whether it's $80,000 or $180,000, I think the WTS deserves to be handed a penalty by the court for what it's done to this family.
