    so, does that mean that REG TECH, that was REG RESOURCES, is actually RAND ENERGYGROUP? from drilling to defense..........there are so many "defense" connections to this company that Witnesses will be shocked, then insulted........tip of the iceberg.....

    I believe so because when you see all of the ownership of the stocks mixed together like that it can mean several Corps that are technically all owned by each other. For example, You have the Limited, Lerners, Bath and Body Works and Victoria Secret etc etc. They are all separate Corps but all owned by Les Wexner and they all are tied together in some form or another in the fine print. It's been awhile back so Im speaking from memory here but I do remember the profiles of some of the Employee's or major players in this Rand/ REGI had Watchtower down on their credentials having worked in the Computer end of it / Tech end. (??) Or they work with McCann in some of his other ventures. I will see if I can find that info again by doing some more sleuthing .. lol

    I have yet to find out any other meaning for those letter intitials REGI relating back to anything but Rand Energy Group Inc.

    Of course they need to keep a low profile so they have lots of decoys to do the dirty work for them like McCann. Since they are in NY and based out of US and this Corp is based out of Canada is that safer for them in terms of finances and mixing non profit with profit?

    bugs, I noticed the mention of "Alliant" not receiving a percentage and when I went back to read it, I noticed this on one of the SEC Filings.....don't know why I didn't notice it before.....

    GENERAL

    We were organized under the laws of the State of Oregon on July 27, 1992 as Sky
    Technologies, Inc. On August 1, 1994, our name was officially changed by a vote
    of a majority of our shareholders to REGI U.S., Inc. We are controlled by Rand
    Energy Group Inc., a privately held British Columbia corporation ("RAND"),
    which, in turn, is controlled 51% by Reg Technologies Inc., a publicly held
    British Columbia corporation ("Reg Tech").

    We are engaged in the business of developing and building an improved axial
    vane-type rotary engine known as the Rand Cam/Direct Charge Engine ("RC/DC
    Engine"), which is a variation of the Rand Cam Rotary Engine, an axial vane
    rotary engine ("Original Engine"). The worldwide, exclusive of the United
    States, intellectual and marketing rights to the RC/DC Engine are held by RAND.
    We hold the rights to develop, build and market the RC/DC Engine design in the
    U.S. pursuant to an agreement with RAND. Under a project cost sharing agreement
    entered into with RAND effective May 1, 1993, each company funds 50% of the
    continuing development cost of the RC/DC Engine.

    You guys are doing a good job exposing the hypocrisy of the Watchtower. I bet this is only the beginning.

    bugs, you're too wild.......is that "computer-end" thing you mentioned possibly the company, "INFORMATION HIGHWAY?" That company has the same directors as Reg Tech, REGI U.S. and several other companies....That company is an Internet provider, host, Web page designer, etc.......

    Avengers, I checked out that thread, good info, but the one poster is incorrect, the Rand Cam Engine is used in military applications, federal government, navy, army....

    oh, and possibly the future "Rand Cam Fan" for assembly goers........I don't know if Bugs could market that though, he'd have to associate with "false religion....."

    The Witnesses that I mailed this too will most likely be "stumbled" by the WTS also. what kind of"Godly" organization has their organization's name listed on A SEC Filing for a company that develops MILITARY APPLICATIONS?

    Maybe the WTS should be DF'ed for causing "dissension." Apostates........

    I wonder if they are affliated with ASD Group Inc? I will try to see what I can find tommorow!

    ASD Group Inc.........not familiar with them, I did see an "Access Information Services, Inc." somewhere......plus a bunch of "Rand" little "private" electronics suppliers scattered all over.......

    interesting that they are Internet providers............

    Hi dedaisy, I'm fairly ignorant of complex corporate intrigues. I suspect that the corporate WTS may be connected to the CIA controlled Rand Corporation. Could you tell me if either Rand Energy or Rand Cam is any way linked to the Rand Corporation?

    CIA controlled....? Off-hand, I would say that the "Rand Group" is connected to "Rand Corp.," but I saw so many "Rands," that I can't be sure, without checking.......I've got to run a bit today, but I'll check to see if that was definitely "Rand Corp.," and get back to you......
