You know the WTS will sic their lawyers over that symbol for trademark infringement, right?
Expect a "cease & desist" before the week is out.

I think they failed to get the symbol trademarked due to possible confusion with the existing trademarks for JWPlayer. Should be fair game...not that they won't try.

You can probably call it "JW Podcast", but the similar logo design is gonna get lawyered to death.

Just change the colors, Huntington Ingalls logo looks like International Harvester, just different colors.
