I know, it doesn't make any sense but that's what they still teach. They say Jesus sat at his fathers side until 1914, only taking care of the church. He didn't get his kingship until 1914 and his first act was to toss the red guy with the pitch fork. Come on, you don't get that from the scriptures? What's the matter with you? [g]

Excellent points being made here. After leaving I had a period of where I felt angry towards God, then began to lose my beliefs.
I do believe in a creator but I will no longer listen to any man tell me exactly how God wants things. Use common sense. Are heros who aren't witnesses doomed? Yeah right, give me a break. What about a single mom who is raising a family by working two jobs. Is she doomed???
