DO Jehovah's Witnesses "love" their enemies? Does mainstream Christianity?

11 Haters of God and his people are to be hated, but this does not mean that we will take any opportunity of bringing physical hurt to them in a spirit of malice or spite, for both malice and spite belong to the Devil, whereas pure hatred does not. We must hate in the truest sense, which is to regard with extreme and active aversion, to consider as loathsome, odious, filthy, to detest. Surely any haters of God are not fit to live on his beautiful earth. The earth will be rid of the wicked and we shall not need to lift a finger to cause physical harm to come to them, for God will attend to that, but we must have a proper perspective of these enemies. His name signifies recompense to the enemies.

JW's are only really different because they make no overt pretense of loving the world.

The Kingdom Hall manufactures wind-up dolls that go through certain motions which includes "love among themselves". It is as hollow as a taxidermist's moosehead.

How would a Jehovah's Witness answer the question? (Do Jehovah's Witnesses LOVE their enemies?")

Jesus' message encouraged his followers to LOVE THEIR ENEMY.

Are Jw's encouraged to Love their enemies?

They aren't allowed to pray for disfellowshipped former brethern although they are stray sheep. You'll recall Jesus said that a fine shepherd would leave the 99 sheep to go after and return with the "stray".

How do JW's love their enemies?

A JW would tell you the door-to-door distribution of religious materials (opinions promoted as God-directed) is their way of showing love.

Let's examine that claim.

In the last 100+ years, all those books and magazines in the billions are now "old light" unfit for use in teaching the "Truth"--are they not?

Sure! Otherwise, the "new light" would not have had to replace it!

What conclusion is inescapable? All that door-to-door work only served to distribute WRONG teaching!

Is it a strong indication of LOVE to give people your stupid opinions and call it God-approved?

No--it is annoying, self-aggrandizing and pompous . . . NOT LOVING.

JW's are no better and far worse than mainstrem Christian denominations.

They do not demonstrate a practical, socially beneficial and charitable love. The demonstrate a kind of slick Corporate sales version, instead.

The WTS and its members resemble this scripture, only saying but not doing:

(James 2:15-16) . . .If a brother or a sister is in a naked state and lacking the food sufficient for the day, 16 yet a certain one of YOU says to them: "Go in peace, keep warm and well fed," but YOU do not give them the necessities for [their] body, of what benefit is it?

I see most JWs inherently selfish and apathetic to people outside their organization, probably due to the fact that the WTS.

strongly mandates that anything that is not contained and governed over by the WTS. ( God's earthly organization )

is wicked and has Satan's influence. (evil)

..... and that the people that support the WTS through their labor and money will be duly rewarded in short time.

Supporting the organization at the most attentiveness, shun away from everything else not contained within the organization is perceived in keeping one righteously clean.

JWS are curbed from outside association with the rest of the community of where they live.

The same goes for any charity work or money offered for outsides social efforts.

So with all that assuming structure of control and foreboding thought that people who are outside of their organizations are soon to be killed,

is it any wonder why JWS are so apathetically indifferent to non-JWS ?

For people whose highest form of "love” is defined by a deity who kills countless men, women, and children because of some trivial offense -- what healthy, warm, or any significant meaning is there left to be found in the word – love???

I have a different view. Unless an branded an apostate, the view of disfellowshipped persons is as a brother or sister who is lost and the only way to help them is through shunning them from the attention of the cong. This is akin to spanking a child. It has to be done, or they would not learn.

Here is why I think they believe this. Note how new ones who are interested are treated.

A new one may be a killer, drug dealer, preacher, atheist, gay, muslim cleric and these people who are from the outside will be invited to meetings and gatherings (if allowed) to show them how much better it is to be a witness.

There are more hours put in by the whole cong with helping interested ones to come in, regardless of their different world views.

The WTS. composes what to hate, to whom and why.

At the same time they stress to love the organization, support it, be loyal to it with all their heart because its really

god's earthly organization and arrangement, this loving support is supposedly being measured by god himself to determine their worthiness of life

in eternal paradise..

To the consciousness of JWS this is all thats required, the rest of humanity has little outward concern since its being controlled by Satan and his wicked system of things.

Terry i am aware that many mainstream christians support the death penalty. I find that a bit ironic. Maybe it's because if we didn't have the death penalty we wouldn't have Easter ?

So many of their mandates are to do with information control . They can give attention to ( not the same as love , a con man will give attention to a victim ) "sinners " if they are showing signs of joining the org. This means that they are feeding the victim , sorry study , with JW information . To asociate with anyone not interested in joining lays them open to finding out negative information about the Watchtower .

Do Jehovers Witnesses and mainstream christians love their enemies? Well i remember how absurd it got for mainstream christians when they got women priests. I mean now they had priests of both sexes and this divided mainstream christians. As for the Witnesses i remember how they used this to elevate themsels above mainstream christians because of this new policy. ( Oh the love)

Maybe they missed the point that such pettiness is beyond the tolerance of those they wish to convert. So now we have priests of both sexes most people dont listen to.

Jehovah God the" Almighty" condemns women for evermore in chidbirth pains because of a transgression ?

Adam who had no life experiences was duped by an angel who had obviously been around a lot longer with a superior intellect , and Adam and his offspring are subjected to thousands of years of mysery .
