Does the Watchtower Society Governing Body Carry Arms? How about Jehovah's Witnesses? Iam asking out of curiousity.

No, that is not the way Iam thinking. During my bible study to become a JW, I was taught that JW do not bear arms even under penalty of death or jail. I was told that Jesus ordered Peter to take back his sword because those bearing sword will die by sword. May be the GB 2.0 can exempt themselves to state that carrying a cancelled weapon for self-protection is different from openly carrying a gun for war. It can be urged that the GB 2.0 as a group, is a law into itself.

Toward anyone actually thinking of more than fantasizing taking anybody out:

First, we are better than that. To quote Nietzsche, “He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster. And when you gaze long into an abyss the abyss also gazes into you.

Second, such a course would not do any good. It would create a ‘martyr’ to rally around and feed the persecution complex. It would confirm in the minds of JWs the picture of a “mental diseased” apostate and close many ears. Think of the powerful example of Ray Franz whose kind and moderate tone has won far more hearts and minds, than it he had been the “angry, bitter” stereotype that many of us assumed he was.

Third, the Watchtower can simply replace GB members with people as equally as delusional as the GB that proceeded them. To case in point, we are now on GB 2.0…the natural deaths of the original GB have not altered things for the good. How would an untimely death help the situation?

The tide is slowly turning. The most effective weapon we have against the Watchtower is the truth about the ‘truth’. Let us wield it in the manner Ray Franz did.

Iam interested to see a change in policy on the part of the Watchtower to allow Jehovah's Witnesses to Join the US Armed Force or those in other countries and defend the motherland. I think, the issue of conscientious objector has no place in modern society.

The G.B. published in 2014 that they are going to be part of gang who will murder me. It isn't a mere "intention", it is a direct promise.

    Probably, all of you too.

Are you men or women, or goddamn wimps?

You're going to wait for these crazy feckers to come and take you out? And all your loved ones who aren't jWs? It's not just apostates; the "Goat" Class has been specifically defined in earlier Watchtower literature to include all those not in Jehovah's earthly, Ark-like organization...

It is prudent to believe their promise.

I'd say pre-emption should be considered, but first we must try to get Law Enforcement to arrest these F*cking Terrorists.

Hope that's sufficiently clear to any jellyfish here.
