I think if you want no strings attached, you could save a lot of money if you would do a little manual labor. Seriously, in the end, its the same thing. No risk of disease, pregnancy or being robbed.

Well, I don't know so much, but I heard - just passing on what someone else told me - that intensity levels may vary, depending on method. As for the risks, self-chafing is hard to explain as an innocent accident at the Emergency Department and those nurses can be so judgemental (so I've heard, ahem).
