It has meant different things at different times ... but most of all, a means of opportunity .. to go to school, to travel, or eat well.
Some have said freedom, and yes, that's what I mean ...
But, when really sick, poor, and can't work, it means ... healthy food, a decent place to live with working appliances and heat in the winter ... it really changes your perspective on "money". It *can* buy happiness, if happiness means a full belly and a safe place to live. Gratitude for that!
