Besty, I once spoke to a daffodil the way you spoke to Apog - and blow me down if it didn't agree with me and promised to turn into a petunia (something that had never entered my head). Well it did - but I have to say it was as pathetic at being a petunia as it had been a daffodil. I might as well have saved my breath.
