confusedandalone has made some very good points that I certainly cannot answer. It seems though that many of them have to do with the J W doctrines of punishment and the end of the world , which is very different from what mainstream Christianity teaches. The love of God is more important than doing your Field Service as a dub.
It was the sheer injustice of the "Armageddon doctrine" that kept coming back to haunt me and finally caused me to realize that it cannot be true.
