Not even back up to 2011 numbers then, too many old ones passing away, and new suckers are hard to find, even vaguely interested ones.

Given how "all out" the organisation promotes the Memorial as the main occasion of the year, I would have expected at least level-pegging with the previous year. Of course this could just be a temporary blip - but of we factor in where the largest attendances are recorded - third world countries - then the attendances in western countries are even lower.
