I listen to a lot of different music, mostly Christian at this point. And I do go to various contemporary Christian concerts.
A few weeks ago, my family and I saw AVALON, nice concert. Few realize that Christian music is as diversified as regular music. country, Rock, grunge, raggae, heavy metal, dance, classical, gospel and rap.

I listen to Christian music, I really like Jennifer knapp and the Newsboys, among others.
I'm not following a God that's imagined

The one with the most meaning to me is "Amazing Grace", also "How Great Thou Art".
In newer music I like "The Anchor Holds" Ray Boltz.
After that I like a lot of old and new Christian music.

I also like gregorian chant, some of bach's organ tocattas and fugues, the vienna boys choir, and some other choirs, like the cambridge catherdral.
I am just curious how many are putting any christmas songs on their list of favorites. How about the old MIcheal row the boat ashore hallelujah.
John Michael Talbot is an EXCELLENT artist. He started as Folk Rock back in the late 60's or VERY early 70's. He had a conversion experience and joined the Catholic Church (his brother, also a Rocker, join the Baptists). He became a monk and founded an order that has both married and celibate memebers living in community. He normally sings the scriptures, especially Psalms. He also does the Phillipians Canticle (from Phillipians 2) and some standard Catholic prayers turned to song. One of my favorites of his is Anima Christi (Soul of Christ)
