What college degrees are only to glorify the owner of the degree? It must be those lucrative philosophy degrees. Or maybe it's those fine arts degrees. They rake in all the dough, and all of their coworkers at McDonald's praise them all day long.

You see, making something of your life and being self-sufficient shows an attitude of pride. Also, all your efforts in life should be focused on praising Jehoovinator, because if god isn't getting all the praise and attention 24 hours a day he becomes very sad- then angry....like genocide angry.
So, while god basks in eternity with all the time and power in the Universe, you and I, who have limited means and only a few short years on this planet, must use our brief time to accomplish what god could've done about 350,000 years ago and made it all better.
